Through our on-site inspection services, we can ensure the product quality meeting the order’s requirements.

Guangzhou Hamllon Inspection Services Co., Ltd will confirm the products during production and final products following quality standards, to identifying if the products meet the quality and specifications requirements. It is throughout all the production and shipment processes.

Pre-production testing
Before mass production, we will perform the inspection for the required materials, accessories, semi-finished products and production methods according to the customer’s requirements or samples provided, to find out the potential faults production, and making relevant preventive measures.

During Production Inspection
When approximately 10-15% products produced, Hamllon will randomly sample form the semi-finished or packaged finished products to check, to detecting the early production problems to avoid a large number of defective products afterwards, feedback the customer effective improvement suggestions and measures.

Sampling Inspection Before Shipment
When all packaging is completed or the products are packed more than 80%, our inspector will be in strict accordance with international sampling standards to sample to check whether the products features, quantity, appearance, packaging method meeting the customer’s requirements. At this stage, we will make an overall quality evaluation for the entire goods, to ensure the average quality level of the goods, to prevent the defective products flow to the customers.

Shipment Supervision
Our inspector will be on the loading site, inspecting the container, articles quality, quantity, Labels and packaging material, to ensure the consistency with the order requirements, supervising the loading process, to avoid loading process damage to the products.
